Inform Lead Capture allows you to create and manage forms that you can place directly on your site. The application consists of 4 sections as follows:

*My Forms
*Lead Form Installer
*Reports

This is where you can create a new form. On top of this page you will notice a preview section where you can visualize your changes as you work.

#Enter the URL of the site where this form will be placed.
#Enter the URL of your thank you page. This page will pop up once users fill out and submit the form from the site.
