Overview

The Call Tracking Pro application provides the ability to track and analyze voice calls using toll-free or local numbers. This will allow you to assign a number to your marketing campaigns in order to fully analyze and view reports on their effectiveness.

Main Menu

The Main menu consists of:

  • Dashboard
  • Reports
  • Click-to-Call
  • Manage
  • Manage Your Account

Dashboard

The dashboard acts as a home screen giving you an overview of your calls and reports gathered. Here you can also make a call, and also add new phone numbers.

Overview

  1. From the drop down menu choose what data you would like to view
  2. Choose a date
  3. You can now view your data in written and chart form. Things such as total calls and average call time.

Add New

Phone Number

To add a new number:

  1. Click Get Started
  2. Choose a type of number either Toll Free or Local
  3. Choose a plan
  4. Choose a State and area code
  5. Choose a number and a title to help you remember it
  6. You can then choose to route this number to a virtual receptionist and set up your Voicemail
  7. Assign the number to a campaign by choosing from the drop down menu.
  8. Click Finish

Voicemail

To create a voicemail:

  1. Choose Voicemail from the sidebar
  2. Add a voicemail title
  3. Choose whether you would like to Upload a WAV File OR press Call to Record
  4. Click Finish

Virtual Receptionist

To add a virtual receptionist:

  1. Create a title for your receptionist
  2. You must choose how many options you want to offer your users. If you want more than one option press Add Option
  3. Choose whether you want to route it through your Phone Number or Voicemail
  4. Press Finish

Click to Call

  1. Give you click to call a title
  2. Select a Domain
  3. Select what you would like shown in your caller ID
  4. Select which campaign you would like to assign it to
  5. Click Finish

Reports

This section is where you will find full reports on all of your calls.

Campaigns

  1. Choose form the drop down menu what you want to view
  2. Choose a time period
  3. All information regarding your calls will be displayed in both written and chart form.

Phone Numbers

  1. Choose what data you would like to see from the drop down menu.
  2. Choose a time period

Click to Calls

  1. Use the drop down menu to choose which call you would like to look at.
  2. Choose a time period

Click-to-Call

Place a Click-to-Call on your website or email newsletter, and see how easy it is for people to connect with you and your business.

  1. Click Start Now
  2. Assign a title
  3. Select your domain
  4. Choose Caller ID
  5. Assign to a Campaign
  6. Press Finish

Once you have pressed finish, a window will appear prompting you to choose a code method. This is how the link will appear on your website.

Manage

This is where you can manage all your campaigns, calls, phone numbers and voicemail

Campaigns

You will be able to view, edit and create all of your campaigns here.

  1. Click Add new Campaign
  2. Enter a title
  3. Press Finish

When you click a campaign you will be able to see all assigned phone numbers and assigned click-to-calls.

Phone Numbers

You can view all the phone numbers you have assigned to campaigns and also create new numbers

  1. Click Add new Phone Numbers and fill out the required fields
  2. Click an existing number to see data on it.

Route Number

Add or remove your route number.

Virtual Receptionist

Manage all of your virtual receptionist. You can also create a new virtual receptionist from here.

VoiceMail

Manage your voicemail from this section. You may also create your voicemail here.

Manage Your Account

This is where you can edit your general settings. You may also change your plan and see your payment details here. You can cancel your plan here by clicking Cancel Services.
