Overview

Go here to receive help from an administrator by submitting a ticket with a comment or question.

Submit a New Ticket

To submit a new ticket you must:

  1. Click Submit a New Ticket
  2. Fill out all required fields
  3. Click Submit Ticket

Note: * Indicates a required field

Check Ticket Status

To view the status of the ticket you have submitted:

  1. Choose which ticket you want to check
  2. Click the ID number
  3. Once opened check status
  4. You will also see all previous conversations on the ticket
