FormMail is a universal WWW form to E-mail gateway. With our FormMail tool you can set up a form on your website, the input of which can be emailed to an email of your choice. When you install our FormMail, the scripts needed for proper functioning of your form mail will be enabled on our servers and an html file called formmail.html will be created and stored in your public folder. You can copy this file and use it in other location of your website. You will need basic HTML skills to manipulate it to improve its look and feel.

Overview

You can copy this file and use it in other location of your website. You will need basic HTML skills to manipulate it to improve its look and feel.


Install FormMail (Normal Mode)

  1. Enter recipient(s) email address ( Mandatory field)
  2. Enter your email subject ( Optional )
  3. There are 3 options you can make use of:
  • Allow User to enter subject
  • Allow User to enter their email address
  • Allow User to enter their real name 

     4. Once you have the completed the above 3 steps, click Install FormMail button.


Install FormMail (Advanced Mode)

In order to enable advanced settings put a checkmark beside Show Advanced Settings option and enter email address in Recipients email address (mandatory field).


Fill in Additional Information fields (optional):

  • Enter a text into textfield(s). Put a checkmark beside Make it a required field to make this textfield(s) mandatory.
  • User’s host name
  • User’s IP address
  • User’s browse information
  • Redirect to specified URL upon form submission


If you want to show customized response page upon form submission, turn on radio button beside Show customized response page, upon form submission and fill in the fields:

  • Title on result page
  •  Return link URL
  • Return link title
  •  Background image

Manage FormMail

When FormMail is created and generated there are 2 options to manage it:

  1. To import the FormMail HTML code automatically to your web page, click the button Import FormMail to HTML file.
  2. Copy and paste the generated HTML code to your web page.

         2.1 Click Grab HTML code or manually select the code in the text area and press Ctrl+C to copy it to the clipboard.

         2.2 Place the code where the toolbar should be displayed.


Uninstall FormMail

In order to uninstall FormMail, click Uninstall FormMail.
