OneList is an application which allows you to instantly submit your business listing to over 40 local business directories.


Main Menu

The Main Menu consists of the following two sections:

1.Listing

Using this section you can create your business' listing to appear in over 40 local business directories. To be able to do this you must fill in the fields in the following three subsections:


Contact information


•Contact name (max 75 characters);

•Phone number (format is xxx-xxx-xxxx);

•Fax number (format is xxx-xxx-xxxx);

•Email Address (e.g. johndoe@example.com)


Business Information


•Business name (max 45 characters, no special characters);

•Country;

•State/province;

•City (max 20 characters);

•Street address (max 30 characters);

•Street address 2 (max 30 characters);

•Zip/Postal code;

•Brief company description (max 200 characters);


Business Details

•Business Category (please select categories from drop-downs);

•Website (Use fully qualified URL (including http://);

•Social networking link (Use fully qualified URL (including http://);

•Keywords(specialties) (e.g. keyword1,keyword2);

•Payment types (Please select payment type from the drop-down below);

•Logo URL (Use fully qualified URL (including http://).


To create your business’ listing, press the “Submit” button. To clear the fields, press the “Clear” button.


2.History


Using this section you can view reports on all updates over time to your listing. The reports can be viewed using the Listing reports option. The information updated can be viewed using the Details option.

Listing reports lists the date, time and action for each update.

Details provides the information updated.
