Conferences is an application that allows you to set up intelligent conference calls with a group of people. The Conferences tool is accessible in two ways, by calling out to all the phone numbers on a Conference list at a designated time, or by allowing people to call in and enter an optional pin to join the conference.

The first page of the application represents a table containing the information about the conference calls (done or scheduled). In the table you can see the Name, Scheduled time, Status, number of Attendees and Dashboard of a conference.

To view the details of a conference select the desired conference name and press “View” button.

Press “Add the New Conference” to make a new conference.


Fill in the following fields:


•Conference Name;

•Execute conference immediately (tick the box if necessary);

•Conference Scheduled Time;

•Conference Time Zone;

•Conference Length;

•Conference PIN;

•Send E-Mail Invitations (tick the box if necessary);

•Inbound only (tick the box if necessary);


Press “Add Attendees List”.


Fill in the following fields:


•Attendee Name;

•Phone Number;

•Email Address.

Press “Apply” to save the data.

Press “Save” to make the conference.
