Overview
Go here to receive help from an administrator by submitting a ticket with a comment or question.
Submit a New Ticket
To submit a new ticket you must:
- Click Submit a New Ticket
- Fill out all required fields
- Click Submit Ticket
Note: * Indicates a required field
Check Ticket Status
To view the status of the ticket you have submitted:
- Choose which ticket you want to check
- Click the ID number
- Once opened check status
- You will also see all previous conversations on the ticket
