Online Forms
This tool enables you to build Online Forms to collect various data from your visitors.
Create new form
Create HTML forms in order to collect certain data from your website visitors.
Step 1 Choose form template
1. Select a template for your form.
2. Click “Next” to proceed to the next step.
Step 2 Choose form template
Drag-and-drop form elements to the board in order to create your form. Edit, delete, sort form-elements. To change form settings use "Edit Form" button.
1. Click on a form element within the “Form Elements” list to the right of the page and drag it to the board.
2. Click on the added element and click on in order to edit the element.
• Click on in order to delete the element from the board.
• Click on “edit Form” in order to change the settings of your form.
When you are done click on “Next” to proceed to the next step.
3. This window will confirm the form creation and gives you two options:
• Clicking on “Create new form” will take you to step 1 in the “Create new form” section
• Clicking on “Manage your forms” will take you to the “Manage Forms” section where you can manage your forms.
Manage Forms
In this section you can change settings, publish, download or delete your forms.
Add new form
1. Click on “Add new form” in order to add a new form. You will be taken to step 1 in the “Create new form” section
Edit form
1. Click on in order to edit your form. Your form will open in a window.
• Click on “Save” to save the changes you made.
• Click on “Publish form” if you want to publish your form.
• Click on “Edit Form” in order to change the settings of your form.
Edit form
1. Enter a name for your form.
2. Choose a background color for your form.
3. Choose font type using the drop-down menu.
4. Choose font size to be used in your form.
5. Choose font color for your form.
6. Enter a location where you would like the submissions to be redirected to once the users submit the form.
7. Upon submitting the form the users will be displayed with the text you enter here.
8. If you would like to be sent an email when a form is submitted please choose “yes” form the drop-down menu.
9. If you chose “Yes” in step 8 please enter an email address here. This will be the email address where you will be receiving submissions.
10. If you want to add another person besides yourself that will also receive submissions, please enter their email address in the “CC Email” text box.
11. Click “Apply” to save the changes you made.
• Click “close” to exit from this page. Please note that if you click “close” your changes will not be saved.
Publish
1. Click on “ ” to publish your form.
HTML
1. Click on “ ” in order to view your form.
Remove
1. Click on “ ” to delete a form your list of existing forms.
• Click “Apply” to save the changes you made
• Click” Cancel” to dismiss the changes you made.
Results
Choose the format and download the results for a form you have created and published.
