This tool allows you to manage imports and exports for existing Microsoft SQL Server databases.


If you do not already have a database you may request to create one by submitting a ticket using the "Create New Ticket" tool. When submitting the ticket please specify database name, username and password.


EXPORT


1. Select a database from the left panel.


2. Click "Apply" to list the files on the right panel on the same page.

  • Click "Cancel" in order to dismiss your selection.


3. Beside each file in the right hand side panel there is a download icon. Click on the download icon corresponding to the file you would like to download.


4. A pop-up will prompt you to select whether you would like to save the file or open it. Select "Save" in order to save the file on your computer or select "Open" if you would like to open the file without saving it.


5. Click "Ok" to process your selection in step 4.



IMPORT


1. Click "Browse" to locate the file on your computer that you want to import.

2. Click "Upload" to import the selected file.

3. The imported file will be visible in the "Export" section.
