Overview
This application allows you to create an electronic Business Card and therefore quickly establish a search engine presence while generating relevant business inquiries.
Main Menu
The Main Menu consists of the following sections:
- My Card
- Previous Cards
My Card
Using this section you can create a new electronic Business Card or edit an existing Business Card.
To create a new Business Card:
1. Click the “My Card” option.
2. Fill out the required sections.
3. Click the “Submit as new card” option. You will be prompted with a messages advising you that the information entered will be displayed in a new business card and your current business card ( if available) will be moved to the list of previous cards. Your newly created card will become your current card.
4. Click “Yes” to confirm. Click “No” if you do not want to create a new card.
To update a card that you are currently using:
1. Click the “My Card” option.
2. Fill out the required sections.
3. Click the “Update current card” option. You will be prompted to confirm the update.
4. Click “Yes” to save the changes that you made. Click “No” to ignore any changes.
Data Limits
1. Alpha characters, space, hyphen and dots are allowed to be used in the fields First Name, Last Name and City.
2. The following characters are not allowed to be used in the fields Business Name, Address and Business Category:
! @ % ^ * = { } ; ~ ` < > ? |
3. Use fully qualified URL (including http://) for Website URL.
4. Use the following formats for Phone Number:
xxxxxxxxxx
xxx-xxx-xxxx
(xxx)xxx-xxxx
Previous Cards
You can view your previous cards using the "Previous Cards" option. You can also select an existing card to replace the current card.
- Click the desired Business Card to replace with your current Business Card.
- Click the "View Card" option to view your selection.
- Click the "Use This Card" option to use your selection as a new Business Card.
- Click the "Delete Card" option to delete your selection.
