Message Center

Overview

To view any messages you have received to your account go to the Message Center

Messages

To view any of your messages, just click the link. You will then be able to:

• Delete
• Mark as Unread
• Reply

Delete

To delete any of the messages:

1. Select the message
2. Click Delete

Mark as Unread

To change a message from read to unread:

1. Select a message
2. Once opened, click Mark as Unread

Reply

To reply to a message you have received:

1. Open a message
2. Click Reply to send a response

Search

To quickly find a message about a particular subject or from a certain person just:

1. Enter keywords into the search box
2. Click Search Messages
3. Choose a message from the results
