Services
Services is an intuitive, easy-to-use application that allows you to view and manage your existing products and services.
Main Menu
The Main Menu consists of the following sections:
• Hosting & Domains
• Service & Domains
• Web Design
You can expand all rows in all three sections by clicking “Expand all rows” link. In a similar way, you can collapse all rows by using “Collapse all rows” link.
1.Hosting & Domains
Use this section to reassign a domain to another hosting plan, view your hosting plan capacity and dates for next billing cycles, to purchase a new domain or a new hosting plan.
New Domain
Use this option to add a new domain.
1. Click "Add a domain"
2. You will be brought to the Shop Services Domain section to purchase a new domain.
New Hosting Plan
Use this option to add a new hosting plan.
1. Click "Add a hosting plan"
2. You will be brought to the Shop Services Domain section to purchase a new hosting plan.
Reassign a Domain
Use this option to move a domain to another, existing hosting plan. Or, reassign a domain to one of the following options: Free Parking, DNS Only, URL Forwarding.
To reassign a domain do the following:
• Find the domain you want to reassign
• Click “Manage”, then click “Reassign Domain”
• In the new page that will open, select the hosting plan, click “Reassign Domain” and complete the action.
• Or, if you need to reassign the domain to one of the extra options (Free Parking, DNS Only, URL Forwarding), go to the bottom of the page and click the necessary option.
• NOTE: You will be taken to the Shop Section where you will need to complete the provisioning of the selected option.
Free parking
Use this option to park your website for free for 1 year. Free parking includes 1 email account (1 GB inbox), 1 MB web storage space and 1 GB transfer.
DNS only
Use this option to manage your domain’s zone files such as A records, MX records and CNAMES.
URL forwarding
Use this option to forward alternate domain names to your main website. This option is helpful if your site name is easily misspelled or if you fear competitors.
2. Services & Applications
Use this section to review your domains and services or products associated with these domains, view dates for next billing cycles, add and cancel services and products.
View Services & Applications
To view services and products assigned to a domain, just click on the row with a domain to expand the list. Or use “Expand all rows” option on the top right of the page.
Add Services & Applications
To add a new service or product click “Add more services” in the bottom right corner of this section. You will be taken to the Shop Section.
Cancel Service or Application
To cancel a service or application you need to follow these steps:
1. Select the service, click “Manage and then click “Cancel Service”.
2. Read the cancellation policy information in the new page that has opened and check the box confirming that you have read and understood the information.
3. Your service(s) have been cancelled. Please select one of the following reasons for cancelling this service:
• No longer needs service
• Billing problems
• Problems related to sales representative
• Technical support issues
• I need features you do not have (please provide more details below)
• I need more space/bandwidth
• Found a better price with competitor
• Other (please specify)
4. Click “Cancel Service” to cancel the selected service
5. You will get a message confirming that your service has been cancelled. Click “Ok”.
3. Web Design
If you have DIFM web design bundles registered under your account, this section will show details of such package(s).
